Community

I came to community work after Prop 8 and never really left. Since then I’ve been producing and organizing at the intersection of queerness, creativity, and community life — co-founding Long Beach Equality, organizing Dyke March Long Beach, programming for QFilms, and producing readings, podcasts, film events, and writing circles rooted in queer life and cultural memory.
