Groups and Workshops
Making sense of things. Together.
What I love about running groups is when it gets real. The room changes. You can feel it — something is happening, something is shifting. That’s what I’m after.
My groups draw from years of poetry, teaching, organizing, psychotherapy training, and my own time in groups as a participant. They’re process-oriented and collaborative — built for people who want more than surface conversation.

My Approach
My facilitation style is warm, relational, and process-oriented. I’m interested in spaces where people can move beyond surface conversation and into something more honest and alive.
Some groups are quiet and exploratory. Others become emotionally engaged, funny, intense, or unexpectedly revealing. There’s room for complexity, strong feeling, and a little fire when needed.
